Our Team

The key to keeping our promise of UNPRECEDENTED SERVICE is our dedicated 247 team. Every person on our team is committed to providing excellent communication, quality products, and on-time delivery. This culture is driven from the top down where all three founding partners - Craig Black, Dave Olthof, and Mike Sanham - lead by example. The partners are involved with all areas of the business, each managing their own roster of accounts.

Project managers assigned to each account work closely with the partners to ensure accurate
and timely execution of a project at all stages. Clients are introduced to the project manager for their order early in the process so they always have two people they can contact and rely on at any time.

We take great pride in our team and it is their dedication and commitment to excellence, combined with our business model, which has brought 247 the success we have today.

Our Business Model

What sets 247 apart from our competition is our unique business model. We are located within a successful 3-building printing campus and offer a broad range of services on site. However, our model also includes close relationships with a select roster of other service providers that supplement our service offerings. If the best way to produce a project isn't something we offer right on site, we will fully manage having it produced within our network. What this means for our clients is that they can come to us for any print or digital media project and know that it is being produced in the best possible way with our signature UNPRECEDENTED SERVICE.
